• Secure all necessary permissions (e.g., HOA, landlord, utility company) before project start.

• Notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Scheduling & Delays

We aim to complete projects on time. However, schedules may change due to:

• Permit delays

• Material availability

• Utility coordination

We are not liable for delays outside of our control.

4. Payments & Financing 

• We offer $0 down financing through third-party lenders.

• Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.

• Payment terms and interest rates are subject to lender approval.

• You are responsible for understanding your financing agreement.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled service.

• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.

• Deposits (if any) are refundable only if work has not commenced.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers 

• Roof work is warrantied per project contract.

• Solar panel removal/reinstall is guaranteed to be performed by trained professionals.

• We are not liable for pre-existing roof or panel damage.
